We only collect the data we need to organise the memorial walk: first name, surname and email address of the person registering, the number of adults and children in their group, and whether you'll be staying for lunch (and how many of you). We don't ask for a phone number, DNI or bank details: the website does not process payments. If you'd like to contribute financially you can do so via Bizum or bank transfer directly, outside the website.
We use your data only to confirm your registration, send you the confirmation by email, know how many people are coming to walk and to lunch, and contact you if we need to share an update (for example, if it rains). The legal basis is performance of your registration (GDPR art. 6.1.b) and your explicit consent (art. 6.1.a) for informational emails.
Data is stored with our database provider (Supabase, within the EU) and our email delivery provider (Resend). We never sell or transfer your data to third parties. Once the event is closed and our organisational duties are fulfilled, the data is deleted.
You can access, rectify, delete, restrict or port your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to gracies@eduwillneverwalkalone.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Catalan Data Protection Authority (apdcat.gencat.cat) if you believe the processing does not comply with the regulations.
